Kangaroo Island is home to the only pure strain of Ligurian Bees in the world, Kangaroo Island's pristine environment is the perfect sanctuary for them to make their famous honey.

Using black mission figs, the fruit is caramelised then cooked down slowly to develop a rich, sweet flavour. Fresh roasted crushed almonds are then added to create a wonderful texture. This is the perfect accompaniment to any cheese platter.

Deep scarlet with purple hue. Vibrant, lifted aromatics of jubey fruits, ripe raspberry and blueberry with hints of spicy, sweet oak. Plush and fresh full of red berries, choc cherry, mulberries with violet and lavender floral hints, and some savoury notes of smoked meats coming through as well. Crunchy acidity provided structure and drive through to a juicy finish.
