Jilyara Honey Comb Corner Sauvignon Blanc Wilyabrup / Margaret River 2022

Brilliant pale straw, super aromatic with tropical fruits jumping out of the glass, passionfruit, papaya, and lemon curd. The palate is full of vibrant fruit, yellow peach, honeydew melon and custard apple. A small portion of barrel fermentation has given a lovely creaminess to complement the juicy fruit and the racy natural acidity gives a long and fresh finish.
